Its a great article!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I manage software development projects and keep coming back to how frequently the "people factor" is underestimated or ignored. Software is only as good as the people who build, specify and use it. Lots of projects fail because developers are very different people from the administrative staff who need to use it and usability and design are not given enough focus.
