a stake&amp;#39;. It didn&amp;#39;t resonate with me much at the time, but now I&amp;#39;m always looking out for those people who are going to come into the picture and potentially cause some grief, or who needed to be included sooner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the consulting environment I currently work in there is limited time for stakeholder analysis, so what I tend to do at a minimum is to include a RACI matrix in the communications plans and, critically, at least capture people&amp;#39;s annual leave dates. Rare is a project not impacted by someone going on leave.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/15466608/2821518698063128852/comments/default/1829850655140425232'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/15466608/2821518698063128852/comments/default/1829850655140425232'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.betterprojects.net/2012/01/stakeholder-analysis.html?showComment=1326460152565#c1829850655140425232' title=''/><author><name>Pete Cohen</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/14852545655388246364</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='26' height='32' src='http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SfW83khLz6s/TndIf-okS6I/AAAAAAAAAHA/Cbuwjdrxah4/s220/PeteCohen.jpg'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.betterprojects.net/2012/01/stakeholder-analysis.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15466608.post-2821518698063128852' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/15466608/posts/default/2821518698063128852' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1465666426'/></entry></feed>
