Asking for feedback

I regularly ask people at the end of meetings, discussions, etc "Was that valuable for you? Why or How?"

Constant incremental feedback helps tune the way you work.

With that in mind I am thinking about polling my stakeholders regularly with a simple survey.  As a read of this blog you are one of my stakeholders.
