Consider using case studies in team meetings.
Share the job across the team. Take an hour or two to prepare. Longer if appropriate.
Go into your team meeting and give a 15 minute case study, and then put some questions to your team. Test their theory and practical knowledge. Follow up with a discussion of what actually happened and what you might do differently now that you’ve heard the team’s advice.
Use team meetings as an opportunity to share and learn.
