Delivering value

Consider these two lists of project management requirements

List 1
  • Be innovative
  • Be flexible
  • Manage and lead individuals
  • Develop a sense of loyalty to the team
List 2
  • Be predictable
  • Perseverance and determination
  • Work as a team
  • Organisational loyalty
Here's a starting place to think about potential conflicts in your team's values.  Doe things in List 1 contradict list 2?  Is rthere a grey zone in the middle to be discussed and understood?
