Continuous improvement

“The most powerful force in the universe is compound interest”

Apply that to personal and team improvements. Do it regularly and do it often.

What are you improving this week?

A few weeks ago we tried the approach of “what can we take away” from our day to day processes. It made the team focus on bureaucratic and low value work and challenge whether it was necessary.

Improvements aren’t always gained by adding things.

  1. Constant improvement is hard to do unless you're measuring whatever is you're trying to improve. Incremental goals can really help in this situation.
