I love this style of learning! Thanks for the video. I was exposed to this topic before, but you have presented it much more clearly. I do see that as a manager, I need to give my team the room and authority to use their own autonomy. Encourage them to keep on learning to achieve mastery, and give them a purpose to give meaning to their work. Thanks!
