Last week he published a diagram from Pragmattic Marketing showing a framework for 'creating and marketing successful, market-driven products.'

My question echoes Cauvin's challenge to Product Managers. Why is so little done in relation to the areas on the left of this diagram. My experience is that when the things on the left are paid attention to early enterprise projects tend to travel well. When these things are ignored there is trouble ahead.
