Either model is an interesting choice. What do they give you?One thing is a pathway to ensure you have good coverage of the requirements, another is to ensure you have good alignment to the sponsor/business goals.

I don't know about this one; to me, Functional Requirements come before Features. Without the FRs, you are just guessing at what features a solution should have.
