Last week I published a presentation from Slideshare on Project Schedule Management. It is a dense and PMI oriented approach to planning and controlling your project scheudle.

This one is shorter.
The thing that caught my eye was parametric estimating; which is essentially using mathematical models to do your estimates. Think this; if one unit of work costs $1.000 then 10 units of work should cost $10,000. Simple, but with the obvious potential for elaboration into vastly sophisticated models that I couldn't comprehend.
