Requirements Communications & Management

The BABOK bundles Requirements Communication together with Requirements Management. I see them as two distinctive processes, and so after my brainstorming ideas on requirements communication I am now going to run through some ideas on requirements management.

I am very interested in the thoughts of project managers and Analysts who are reading this on where I am on the money and where I am missing key points. So – if you are persevering with these posts, do your bit and comment!
