It simekind makes sense, but there are too many of the PM's who are neglecting the PM mngmnt groups and so losing the team and stakeholders commitment, forgetting about risk issues etc etc, so before planning as this video is about, i would recommend Initiation and other PM mngmnt groups as big picture phases for a successful project.
I dont think there is such a path really. Everybody takes their own way to becoming a good project manager. Also a CPO is a totally different profession. You can be a great CPO and only an average projectmanager and the other way around.
